The goal of the TRMUA's Purchasing Department is to procure operational supplies, materials, equipment and services at the best price, best quality at the right time to lowest responsive responsible bid by a vendor in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law 40A:11-1 et. Seq.
All contracts are awarded through a “Fair and Open” process pursuant to New Jersey Local Unit “Pay To Play” Law, Chapter 19, P.L. 2004 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
